Our Monday classes

will strengthen and tone all the muscles of your upper body. We will work the biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest and back through various resistance exercises using a couple of sets of dumbbells and your own body weight. Choose weights at your own level to make the workout just the right challenge for you. A stability ball and a fitness band are sometimes used, but these are optional. You will improve your posture, build your muscular endurance, increase your lean muscle mass and look and feel stronger.

our tuesday classes

will work all the muscles of the lower body through a mix of weighted, unweighted, floor and standing movements. Have a set or two of dumbbells handy so you can get that leg and glute conditioning done. A chair, a looped band and rags as sliding devices are sometimes used so we can work that lower body from every angle, but these are optional. We will ensure we make the workout work for YOU. Build balance, burn lots of calories, get muscle definition, and get the strength and endurance you want so you can do the things you love.

Our Thursday classes

will work both the upper and lower body muscles of the body in a dynamic way for a metabolic boost. Maintain your muscle mass and burn fat by firing up your metabolism. Various training techniques are used from MetCon to PHA Training. Use the latest in exercise science to get the results you want and stay functionally fit.

every powerhour class

includes a thorough warm-up for maximum workout efficiency and safety, core conditioning, and a cool-down stretch to develop flexibility and mobility. Cardio drills are sprinkled into most workouts for increased stamina and that awesome post-workout feeling. We use interval training to get maximum fitness benefits in the least amount of time. Low impact options are always given, as are modifications for almost every PowerHour move so you can be assured of success and safety. Are you experienced and looking for a challenge? Rest assured advanced options are also presented. With small class sizes guaranteed, Jane will know your level and your goals and will ensure there are options that you feel comfortable with.
